白身魚です。
こんな風に2切れ入ってます。

お店では、冷凍状態で売ってるから、冷蔵庫の中で一晩解凍して、
今回はAirFryで15分焼きました。

すごく柔らかくて、脂がのってて生臭さがない。
お味噌のうまみがお魚の白身に染み込んで、ほんのり甘い。まさに、西京焼きだわ☺️。
ご飯によく合います。
今までアメリカで25年間、冷凍のお魚を色々試してきたけど、これが一番かもです。
感動しました🥺

It makes a fantastic center of the plate protein option, especially when paired with a leafy green salad, or some steamed veggies and white rice.
