爪楊枝で周りをくるっとしたのですが、１回目は出てこなかったので💦、もう一度しっかりぐるっとしたらやっとカップから出てきました。力入りすぎて容器凹んどるし😆

すごくかたくて、ねっとりしてます。生地は滑らかだけど、硬めの木綿豆腐くらい硬いかも。

そして、超甘いです。

だけど、シンプルで、お母さんが作る家庭的な味です。人工的な味が全然しなくてとっても美味しいです。

カラメルも本格的🤤

フランとは、フランスやスペインを代表する伝統菓子のこと。スペインやメキシコでは、日本で言うところの「カスタードプリン」のことを「フラン」と呼びます。日本のプリンより甘く、ねっとり固めの食感に仕上げるのが一般的で、高温で蒸すため「す」が入っていることも多いのだとか。ほろ苦いカラメルソースをたっぷりかけていただくのが定番のようです。（クラシルさんのサイトより抜粋）

原材料もとってもシンプル。thickenersとかstarchesが使われてません。

Our Flan is Traditional, indeed, made with just six ingredients. The custard is cooked using a customary water-bath method to yield that classic firm, yet smooth & creamy texture—and that’s without thickeners or starches. Keep the package (two servings each) in your refrigerator until it’s time to enjoy. To serve, gently run a smooth knife blade around the edge of each foil cup, then invert the Flan onto your chosen serving plate. Dessert, done! 得点は⭐️4.5。おもった通りのおいしさでした。リピありです👌。このシリーズでちょっと前に発売になったコーヒー味のパンナコッタ⬇️と比べると、どっちかというとフランの方が好みでした。

I gave it a score of 4.5 stars. It was just as delicious as I expected. I’ll definitely buy it again. Compared to the coffee-flavored panna cotta that was released a while ago in this series, I actually preferred the flan.
