スターバックスのStarbucks Bacon & Gruyère Sous Vide Egg Bitesを時々食べるので、それとの比較になるけど、

総合的にはスターバックスの方が好き。

スタバのは洗練されてて、ワインのおつまみっていうかんじ。

トレジョのは、だし・ストックのきいたおかず系の味です。ターキーベーコンが使われてるけど、豚さんのベーコンの方が多分美味しくできたと思う。

卵自体はとっても滑らか

スタバのはちょっと硬くて弾力があるけど、トレジョのは比較的ふわふわで、フォークで簡単に切れます。

スタバの方がもっと辛い（というかスタバのは塩分強すぎ）けど、どっちもすごーく塩辛い。

プロテインが多くとれるのはいいけど、

カロリー、脂肪、コレストロール、とにかく塩分が高すぎ。

炭水化物の摂取を控えてる人にはいい朝ご飯だと思います。

ケージフリーエッグだけどPasture raised egg（放牧飼育）ではないです

＊スタバには、もうちょっと軽く食べられる　ー＞Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Sous Vide Egg Bitesも置いてあるけど、これだとあっさりしすぎてて、物足りないのよね🤔。

Trader Joe’s Uncured Turkey Bacon & Cheese Sous Vide Egg Bitesの得点は100点中60点。スタバで食べる時は、場所代だと思ってるから、全然高いと思わないけど、Pasture Egg12個が５、6ドルで買えることを考えると、トレジョのは家で食べるにはちょっと高いかな。後、脂肪とコレステロール、塩分が非常に高いのが気になる💦😅。ということで、リピは微妙。

They are somewhat similar to the Starbucks ones, but not the same.
I compared TJ’s version to the Three Bridges egg bites too, but I don’t think they are the same, either.
Anyway, they are tasty😋. The texture is soft and creamy inside out with a very salty cheesy 🧀flavor. But I do think it would’ve been better if pork bacon was used instead of turkey bacon.
It’s worth noting that the level of the cholesterol, saturated fat, and sodium is quite alarming!! Ouch!
Also, I wish that these were pasture raised and organic (The package says cage free eggs🥚🥚.)
I wonder if they will make a veggie version like the egg white ones from Starbucks.
It is a little cheaper than starbucks, but I stay at starbucks while I eat so I don’t mind paying a little extra. TJ’s version is too expensive to eat regularly at home. Therefore, the score is 6/10. Not sure I would purchase it again.
