チリライムみたいで美味しいです。
ただ、

すごくスパイシーです。
あと、パクチーのフレーバーが強目です。
これだけだと、腹持ちしないので、チキン、目玉焼きなどのプロテインを足した方がいいかもしれません。
それか、
このカリフラワーライスはせっかくVEGAN🌱なので、ブラックビーズかお豆腐を足した方がいいかな
カロリーは低く、脂肪も、タンパク質もあまり取れないので、ほとんど水分です。
ただ、ローカーブ、No Added Sugar、あと、EVOO（珍しい🤗）が使われていて原材料は👍。
Trader Joe’s Spicy Mexican Style Riced Cauliflowerの得点は100点中80点。味はいいし、ダイエットにもいいけど、カリフラワーを使った食品はすでに沢山出回っているので、初期のような物珍しさ、新鮮さはなくなりました。でも、原材料がいいからまた買いたいけど、私にはちょっとスパイシー🌶すぎなので、リピは気が向いたら
The cauliflower hype and novelty definitely have worn off at least to me, compared to years ago when the riced cauliflower was introduced for the first time.
Having said that, I still often purchase cauliflower products, so I had to try this new product.
It’s got plenty of flavor with lime and cilantro, and I like the flavor. Unfortunately, it is just too spicy for me.
Since I want to add some protein which is lacking and still keep it vegan, I’d probably add some black beans or TJ’s soy chorizo next time.
Last but not least, it is super exciting that there is no refined oil or sugar👍! 8/10
PS, It works well with the NEW Cuban Style Citrusy Garlic Seasoning.
