今日はトレーダージョーズの新製品、「Trader Joe’s Organic Ghee & Sunflower Oil Spray／トレーダージョーズ オーガニック ギーとサンフラワーオイルスプレー」のレビューをしてみたいと思います。

あざやかな夏らしいデザイン。最初見たとき、サンスクリーンかと思った。
↑今は暖かいので、５分暖めなくても スプレーできます。だけど、霧吹き状にならずに、ビシューっと一直線ででてきます（笑）。
インストラクションにかいてあるとおりに、ボトルを５分熱いお湯につけて暖めると、確かに霧吹き状で綺麗にスプレーできます（試しました）。でも、使う度に暖めるとか、めんどくさすぎ。手軽なスプレーを使う意味がないので、私は暖めないでビシューっと使ってます。
＊でも夏の間はいいけど、冬暖房のきいてないところで使うと、中身がかたまってスプレーできないかも・・・室温78Fでスプレーしたら、数秒でなんとなくかたまってきます・・・
色は薄い黄色、風味は瓶のギーと同じです。どんな料理にもばんばん使ってます。
カロリーは厳密には０じゃないけど、ごく少量だと０と表示できるので、オイルスプレーは０と書いてあることが多いです。
例）1秒で大体8カロリー。3分の1秒だと、カロリー5以下なので0と表示できます。でも、１/３秒って時間短すぎ。やっぱり1秒2秒はスプレーするので、カロリーは少々あります。だけど、テーブルスプーンよりは使う量を抑えられるかな。
カロリーを0カロリーと表示できる理由↓

％が表示されてないので、正確にはわかりませんが、原材料2個で、ギーがトップにきてるので、少なくても全体の50%がギーです。
ギーは、室温ではほぼ固体なので、ほかのオイルと混ぜないとスプレーするのはちょっと無理。だから、室温で液体、ほぼ無味無臭のさらっとしたサンフラワーオイルとミックスされてるんだろうと思います。
サンフラワーオイルはinflammatory industrial seed oilとして、あんまりよくないオイルといいわれたり、一方で体にいいと書かれているサイトもたくさんあったり、正直どの情報を信じたらいいのかわかりません。だけど、私は、オイルに関してはあんまりこだわってないし、この商品はオーガニックなのでいいことにします（笑）。
Trader Joe’s Organic Ghee & Sunflower Oil Sprayのスコアーは8/10。オーガニックだし面白い商品だと思うけど、値段が高めなのでリピは気が向いたら。フレーバー自体は好きです。
I love Ghee, so I really like the flavor of this spray. However, I imagine it would be somewhat tricky to spray during the winter time, even though it is mixed with sunflower oil, since Ghee is mostly solid at room temperature. There is no way I would warm up the bottle for 5 mins every time I use as TJ suggests. One more thing, although this isn’t specific to this spray oil, if you only spray .25 g (1/3 of a second) they can round it down to 0. The oil has about eight calories for a one-second spray. I don’t know about you, but it definitely takes me more than a third of a second to spray a frying pan. I think the serving size of the nutrition label is somewhat unrealistic for most. Overall, it is a nice, organic product 8/10

冬になったので、使ってみると、
室温70Fで、スプレーの口が固まって／詰まって、うまくスプレーできません。結構致命的かも。めちゃ使いにくいので、リピなし。なので得点も下げます。100点中の50点
